SHIPMENT:

Each product is delivered in a padded box.

All orders will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receipt of payment.
The customer will receive an e-mail when the package is dispatched with the tracking number.

Shipments in Italy are made by MBE express courier “Mail Boxes Etc.” (delivery times vary from 1 to 5 business days), shipments in Europe and the rest of the world are made by MBE express courier “Mail Boxes Etc.” (delivery times vary from 1 to 10 business days).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Taxes and customs duties

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union will be increased by a fixed cost of €50 for customs charges. Such shipments may be required to pay additional import taxes or customs duties, which Montessori BF cannot anticipate in any way; such charges shall be paid exclusively by the customer, who shall have to pay the amount due to the shipping agent or to the relevant authorities.
